Soon to Be and New Mamas come together for a invigorating, empowering and restorative yoga class to connect with the breath, the womb center and your baby.

Emily is a board certified women's health physical therapist specializing in pelvic health and dysfunction and pelvic wellness. She studied under Sue Elkind and focused on pre + postnatal yoga and is excited to connect with each and every one of you to bridge the gap of yoga, mindfulness and education on pregnancy and childbirth.
