Yoga Basics - 6 Week Beginner Series

Learn the basics of yoga in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refresh your practice, this 6-week series is designed to provide foundational knowledge and address any questions or hesitations about practicing yoga.

The Series will explore:

·   fundamental yoga poses and modifications

·   Pranayama (breathing exercises)

·   Mindfulness practices

·   Meditation

Each week builds upon the previous, allowing you to progressively deepen your experience and understanding of the practice. Classes welcome inquiry and offer a safe space to explore the connection between the body, mind and breath. From posture alignment to yoga etiquette, this series covers the foundational information to help you establish a safe and accessible yoga practice.
