Who: Any one interested in taking a YTT - this class will prepare yu to teach yoga, assist in yoga classes as well as support people through trauma informed care with knowledge and confidence to assist all body types.
What: A 200 HR Trauma Informed YTT

Meet Your Instructor:
Katie Morgan
Katie Morgan is a certified teacher, ERYT200 (soon to be RYT500) trauma-informed yoga instructor, bereavement group facilitator, and writer. She formerly owned Present Yoga Community in Wall, NJ, and now runs Manifesting Busual, a yoga-centric approach to post-traumatic growth and healing, where she both works 1:1 to create custom programs for work alongside clients and designs courses to support grievers, caregivers, and humans in general, on this complex journey that is life. Katie is returning for her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health beginning in January 2023.
