A workshop to gather with moms of all ages and stages to share in the magic of birth stories. We’ll start with centering and grounding into the space with a bit of group reiki and some shared intention setting, and then move into guided journaling and optional sharing of our own individual stories with the group.
Whether your birth was hard, beautiful, scary, and anything in between, our words have the power to reframe how we remember this life changing moment in time.
Bring any photos, personal items, or meditation tools with you for the experience, journal and writing tools. For new moms, babies are welcome if that feels good for you.
Meet Your Instructor:
Melissa is a trauma informed, clinically trained, mental health coach that specializes in life transitions (parenting, loss, etc.), LGBTQ+ needs, non-monogamy, grief & end of life, identity exploration, and witchy spirituality. She works with people one on one, in groups, or with relationships and offers a combination of coaching, energy work & tarot readings.
