Each month we will sit with an herb that coincides with the season.
This session, we will sit in a plant spirit meditation with Linden. We will journey through the chakra’s, taking notice of how the herb effects each wheel.
There will be an opportunity for a few folks to share experiences with the circle. Then we will go into the herbs healing properties, energetics and other wisdoms.
Please bring your favorite mug with you!
Meet Your Instructor:
Adrienne Haberl: Adrienne is a certified herbalist who’s heart is deeply rooted in creating community around the natural world and our intrinsic connection to it. She is trained in the Wise Woman Tradition and practicing for 3 years. She weaves greenwitch practices into her daily life, her offerings, herbalist practices and artwork. She tattoos and co-owns Ancient Oak Tattoo, an eco-conscious tattoo shop in point pleasant. Other offerings that she brings to her community is meditation and yoga, tarot, reiki and death doula work. Aside from herbal and tattoo work, she is passionate about nature, mysticism, ancestral ways, permaculture, plant ID, homesteading, and being with her beloved friends and family.
