Spiral Path Prenatal Teacher Training

Join Dr. Emily Bessemer and Certified Nurse Midwife Karen Carola for this 85 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Spiral Path prenatal / female-body centered teacher training. Both Dr. Emily and Karen come with immense knowledge on how to care for and integrate the practices of yoga for those with a female pelvis in all the ages, stages and phases of their lives.

Through out this nine-month training there will be one in person meeting per month allowing for slow digestion, embodiment and understanding of the information. Together we will work on understanding the phases of the body in terms of the seasons, moon cycles and menstrual cycles as well as understanding the anatomical and physiological changes that occur during preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond and how these practices of breath work, yoga and mindfulness can be deeply entrenched to allow for better understanding and cultivation of wholeness in the body.
