Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm
May 2 - June 6 (6 Weeks)
This class blends two styles into one practice bringing together the benefits of Yin Yoga and dynamic vinyasa-style sequences. The class begins with supine and seated Yin postures that are passively held to work deep into the connective tissue and joints. The second half transitions to active postures that focus on building strength and stamina. Class will also include pranayama and meditation. This class is recommended for students who have experience with yoga.

Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
Meet Your Instructor:
Rebecca White
Rebecca is a certified yoga instructor with 500+ hours of training and education. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 10 years in the Jersey Shore community. Her classes focus on the connection between the body, mind, and breath to teach students how to move with awareness to develop a dynamic and safe practice. Rebecca is also a mother and wife dedicated to holistic and mindful living. Both of her children were born at home, and her and her husband, Tyler, homeschool with an emphasis on nature-based learning and play.
